If you require urgent medical advice outside of surgery opening hours, please follow the guidance below:

If you think that your problem is a medical emergency, please phone 999.

If you think that your medical problem is urgent but not an emergency and you cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please phone 111

NHS 111 can help you if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do.

  • You can also visit the Minor Injuries Unit – Minor injuries might include cuts, grazes and bruising, minor burns, animal bites and simple broken bones.

Please note that this is not a walk-in service anymore. Patients are triaged and appointments, if required, are booked via NHS 111 online or by calling 111. If you have a minor injury, please contact NHS 111 or book an appointment by telephoning the unit directly on 01923 844263, and lines are open 8am-7pm, seven days a week.

How to make a complaint

Every patient has the right to make a complaint about the treatment or care they have received at Southcote Clinic.

We understand that we may not always get everything right and, by telling us about the problem you have encountered, we will be able to improve our services and patient experience.
Most complaints can be resolved at a local level. Please speak to our Practice Manager if you have a concern and they will assist you where possible.

If for any reason you do not want to speak to a member of our staff, then you can request that the Integrated Care Board (ICB) investigates your complaint. They will contact us on your behalf:
