Worried about memory changes?

It is normal to feel concerned if you notice changes in memory, thinking, or behaviour. These changes can happen for many reasons, but it is important to get advice early.

We encourage you to:

  • Speak to a GP if you are worried
  • Use simple checklists to track any changes
  • Get support for yourself or someone you care for
