Ordering repeat prescriptions

There are 3 main ways to order your repeat prescriptions:-

1. Tick the items you require on the slip and either post your prescription or drop into our post box outside the surgery.
2. Email over your request to nhsnwl.southcote@nhs.net
3. Use Patient Access online to order your repeat.

Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your request.

Please note we do not take orders over the phone unless you are housebound.

If you are having difficulty with any of the above please telephone us so we can help you order your repeat prescription

Please note that if you require medication which is not on your repeat prescription list you may be asked to speak to a doctor first.

We will ask you to book an appointment for a medical review every 6 to 12 months.
